Project logs / Re: Really universal soldering controller
Finally manage to get everything working and calibrated,  fixed a 4p2t and wired it up with 2 handles, T210 and jbc Microtweezers.
Now on building the case. does anybody have the STL model of the PCBs? i want to build a casing around it so i can get proper dimensions. I can find the picture of the model in github repo but not the actual model itself https://github.com/sparkybg/UniSolder-5.2/blob/main/img/UniSolder52_front_OLED.jpg

It means you have faulty U14. no point to check the rest of the circuit the time you fix it.
a
i have replaced u14, and i still get 0.133v. when i removed u14, i still get 0.133v. when i remove u10 with u14 in place i get 0V.
i'm not too familiar with shunt resister voltage to test if i receive a bad batch, or something else at play. gonna order them from another supplier and see if i get the same results.

ok so i did a little more digging
voltage reference chart i found is as follows
U14:2   2.044v
U12A:3   2.70v - 2.74v
U16A:2   0.004v   3.8mv
U18B:5   0.004v   3.8mv
U13A:1   0.112v - 0.116v
U17:3   0.055v   53mv
U17:6   1.34-1.41v

for me U14:2 is 0.133v
and U12:3 is 1.7V
which leads me to think U10 is faulty, but i replaced it and get the same reading, however when i move the current value from 128 going up or down, u12:3 voltages goes up and down as well which makes me think my firmware is the issue.

Hi All,
Finally managed to start this rather expensive project, solely to make it work with the JBC micro tweezers.
I have finished building following valerionew guide. and got to the point of calibration. tried searching history if anybody faced this before but only can find 2 instance but nobody said the fix was.

I'm not getting anything for ADC and R in the calibration menu as in its 0. I do get something when i touch R55 which means MCU is good,
Measuring on U17:6 i get 0V.
i think my issue is either U11 or before that because Voff is also 0v. Oscope reading on SCL and SDA is good, VRef is 3V.
