Project logs / Re: Really universal soldering controller
You can make quick check if a driver of the Heater1 is ok by shorting colector - emiter of Q4 for not longer than 1s and check display temperature or by touching carefully the cartridge ( for T245, or irons using Heater1 ). If it heats, start to check if pulses comes to or comes out from the previous components until you reach pin of the controller. . . Simple!
P.s.  I would be also  disappointed if I got not working boards.

And I can confirm it is not. Just tried the latest bootloader with the latest firmware - my tips (3 original ones) start to melt 63/37 solder at 184-190 degrees. This is on both my original 5.2 board and my newest Tindie 5.2C board with capacitors removed.

Please upload a video of PC software while the C210 is warming up.

I will chek on p.1, but p.2 is not a problem. Any action on buttons or encoder takes it out of sleep mode, and this is intentional, and it has always been this way.

For p.1 - remove C85 and C86 on the back PCB if you installed them.
To proof it‘s a firmware problem ,I flashed the old firmware 2017,and it works well。So,I can confirm it’s firmware problem。

I tried 52and52c Backboard all,but  C210 still keep lower temperature。when I set T is 280 celsius,the Sn is solid status on the tip head。
