So i try to use 1 c210 & c120 at the same time in PA120A and it work fine ))) i sink c210 and c120 the same cartridges with different labels.  Next I try c120 with handle T210A, on original JBC station, it was little scare )) it also work fine.
It is very good becoase i can buy a pair to my C210 cartridges and use it with microtweezers. Great ! )))

Hello Toporkoff, First about message ' heater is open' the same is to my station also. About reversed polarity, it is correct, sparkybg mentioned before about that and I guess that is the way JBC station to ID the handle. I also got the same problem with fried Q2, if I use powerful tip  and now I expecting mosfets to come to continue. About main problem, if it is started from the beginning, that means is assembling problem, if you can trust to your supplier of JBC cartridges, because I saw in ebay and aliexpress china made one. If you have correct cartridge, you can trust ( or borrow  from some other else ), please try with it, before to spend vast amount of time for a search for faulty component or solder joint. I attached a pic of my overheated one.
All of my cartriges (c245 & C210) original JBC. Aliexpress seller is official certified JBC dealer. Also i buy cartridges from Spain and Germany. All cartridges work prefect with original JBC station CD-2BE.  Soldering is part of my professional work and all of soldering joint are prefect and mounting process was under microscope. I check a few times and all components on front and back is on write places. But of course some component can be bad condition. So i try check all of it at this weekend, before plug in PA120A.

At last i get my new SUD50P10. JBC T210 work but only if i plug tip after power on. If i plug tip or handle with tip and then power on i see only NO INSTRUMENT. Then i re plug the tip and if i do it fast all works fine. Soon i get my PA120 and tips for it. And if with it i get the same problem i can't use it (( Some body had the same problem?
Hello Toporkoff, you need to fix the issue before to buy the expensive pa120. do not expect pa120 to work if is identified by only ch2 properly. Can you please explain shortly, how was burned Q2 before? Is the handle t210 was detected ok, for first time you switched on? Is it simple for you to reprogram the controller?
I already post it in June ))
Hi! At last i get my PicKit 3 and download firmware in PIC. First I try connect JBC T210. It was recognizing 5050. If station see it, all work fine but if i shut down power switch and power up again only No instrument shows. Unplug several times iron plug or tip and it see instrument again.
Then i try connect t245 but with out tip it shows heater is open (not sensor is open like t210 without tip) When i plug tip C245-939 it heated up for 6 sec to red metal and i fast unplug it O_O . Then try t210 and the same heated to shining red.

So i check Q2 and it totally dead and short. Now i try find other one.

Is the connection t210 and t245 really must be reversed polarity or it mistake?

3. JBC C245:
- Outer shell (green wire) connected to EARTH and SENSEB
- Heater positive(red wire) connected to Vout1- and SENSEA
- Heater negative(blue wire) connected to Vout1+
- 150ohm between ID and Vout1-
- 5.6k between ID and Vout2-

4. JBC C210:
- Outer shell (green wire) connected to EARTH and SENSEB
- Heater negative (middle terminal, blue wire) connected to Vout1-
- Heater positive (smaller terminal, red wire) connected to Vout1+ and SENSEA
- 3.0k between ID and Vout1-
- 5.6k between ID and Vout2-
Now i do not use T245 with Unisolder only with original JBC ststion. T210 works fine but only after hot change tip. PA120 already go to me from seller on Aliexpress (it cheapest source of original JBC parts what i find, from this seller i get many tips and 210 handle) and at this week i planed get it at the post office. I change both P-chanal MOS-N-Fet not only Q2. And without tip T210 handle recognized by unisolder in 100% of try. But even after normal work if power off and power on again i see NO INSTRUMENT until tip change or reconnect tip. I use 4 different C210 tips and all of it have the same problem. I try re flash firmware by PC or PIC KIT3, try to calibrate several times but nothing change.
just found Toporkoff post with a similar problem.
If yours iron heat up to shining red, Q2 probably dead. One of my c210 tip is dead after overheated, C245 also can dead.  I order new P-chanal MOSnFET SUD50P10-43L and wait it.

However i have some questions.
In first post c245 & c210,c120 have different pin connection to the station pins, it is correct?

5. JBC Microtweezers:
 - Outer shell of both tips (green wire) connected to EARTH
 - Heater 1 negative (blue wire) connected to Vout1-
 - Heater 1 positive (red wire) connected to Vout1+ and SENSEA
 - Heater 2 negative (brown wire) connected to Vout2-
 - Heater 2 positive (yellow wire) connected to Vout2+ and SENSEB
 - 1.0k between ID and Vout1-

I draw the same pin connection in Paint & compare it with my original JBC plugs. I planed  use instrument with original plugs with both stations. Can you check my draw.
