Thanks for contacting us! I am very sorry about the problem! I couldn't find your support ticket regarding the credit issues. May I ask if you use DP store or Dirtypcbs store? They are two separate operating websites, and dirytypcbs is well better put together than the other and we suggest that you only use dirtypcbs.com in the future.
On Dirtypcbs.com, the store credits should go automatically to your user wallet and you are able to use the credit on your orders with us.
We have just summed up all the shared credits that you have earned on Dirtypcbs.com and sent you a PalPal payment of it. We also took that amount of payment out of your store user wallet as well.

So I tried to find the ticket that this customer having problems with but we couldn't find it without an order number and all the support tickets have been attended to already so I assume that the problem got taken care of. Hey Davide, please write us an email about things like this in the future. It is super weird that you do this on the forum. I have to hear about this from a friend and then come on here and reply you.
Your order was processed rush. Order received on the 9th and shipped on the 12th. DHL takes 3-5 days. I just tracked your package, it was with delivery courier in VERONA - ITALY at 8:37, it is 17:04 now so probably nobody signed for it. If you receive this package within the next 12 hours then this delivery is a 4 day delivery+2 days(Sunday) boards making.

Hi I have problems to get any feedback for my order made on the NEW SITE before the problems started.
I made Order No. 201168 (with DHL delivery) on March 24 and it went to production on March 25. Since then, nothing have happend!
So April 8 I created a Ticket Id: #236 on the NEW site.
There has been no reply for a week now and the order still has not changed status and no message from DHL or anything, this does not feel normal.
I have order several times from DirtyPCBs and it has worked perfectly.
Is my order lost?

What is the order number? I can't find it through your forum name. We(My team member JAM) has already pushed all the orders that lost files in the system to the board house already. I think what happened is that the board house found problems with them but didnt tell us about it. They do that sometimes....
Anyways, I need the order number and in the meanwhile, I will talk to the board house about it. SORRY AGAIN!
Hey man, you placed the order on the old site not the dev site. You used Hong Kong Airmails as a shipping method. You don't get tracking numbers for it. :P
I think blind hole is buried hole, correct me if I am wrong :P
Our new board house(high quality board house) will make blind holes, but there is no way for us or them to set up an estimate on the cost because it all varies differently depending on the designs. If you really want to find out how much that will cost you, PM me and I will find out for you :P
