Bus Blaster JTAG debugger / Bus blaster is as JTAG debugger for LPC2148

is it possible to use BP as JTAG interface for LPC2148 in circuit debugging. Bcoz i need tool to do this task.
i want to observe the program behavior with hardware.

i have doubt that why there is no use of controller with built in USB?
Bcoz of that it can be possible to reduce IC and space on board also.
