Would a SPI mode where the AUX pin starts a spi read or write of 24 *8 bits? help others as well? I am thinking of getting a buspirate to hammer out the ads1298 spi read and write protocol but it has a data ready pin and the aux could be used for that. I imagine other ADC chips might be like this also.
My Analog to digital converter has a Data ready Pin can the aux pin be used to start spi read of 24 *8 bits? The Chip is the ads1298 & I would like to make things easier for my self by using the bus pirate to hammer the kinks out of spi register setting etc...
