DirtyPCBs support / DHL shipment stucked!
I tried contact DHL and they said "by a monitoring on the shipping the online data show only the electronic creation of waybill but the parcel was not taken. We suggest that you contact the vendor for information."
I tried to open a ticket on the order page, no answer, I tried to send an email to help dirtypcbs, same result.
What should I do now? should I repeat the order again to get it as soon as possibile or it would stop again? this is the final draft of a project before production, there are people waiting for me and I do not know what to say because i have no idea on the shipment time at this point.
