DirtyPCBs support / botched my order -- gerber files specify >10x10cm board

hi,

i did the $25 protopack deal for 10x10cm boards. my gerber files specify a 14x15cm board. just wanted to make sure this will be labeled as a problem and sent back to me for fixing
