Bus Blaster JTAG debugger / Printing Bus Blaster v1 PCB
Hi!

I wanted to make my own Bus Blaster v1 (v1 because it seems to be the easiest and cheapest to make) and I have a question about the PCB file.

I got the .brd file from here but when I open it in Eagle there are two layers: _tsilk and _bsilk that contain information about a license and they make submitting the file to OSH Park impossible because they make the board larger then it needs to be (see image below). I can't seem to get rid of the text and/or layers.

Does this mean that printing your own PCB is not allowed? I thought it was open hardware.

I'm a little confused, please help.
