Got the boards yesterday, perfect! Used 0.6mm boardthickness. I thought i placed solder on the holes but they're just plain holes. Just slide the row of holes with a knife a few times and they break of easily :) Very pleased with the result!
In stead of vscores i've use mouse-bites. At least i hope so, i'm not sure i did it the right way... one thing i noticed afterwards is that the holes have soldermask... that was not the intention... i've placed the order and it is processed and shipped, so something is coming this way :)
Image is the 5x5cm testboard with 36 miniboards, divided by drillholes :) Funny thing, dirtypcb added a comment in the shipping notification: "happy hacking" :)
I'm placing 25 small designs (about 7x7mm) on a 50x50mm double sided board. In between the designs i keep 2.54mm space for cutting/sawing. I would like the factory to place v-grooves, but i'm not sure how to construct those in Eagle.
At the moment, i've placed 2.54mm (100mils) wide lines on layer 102 (Vscore) to separate the designs. Is that enough?
