The output of the voltage regulator appears to be 1.5... I'm guess, just a shot in the dark here, but that's not supposed to be 1.5 for a 5.0v regulator? Anywhere else I can check for an issue (in case the regulator isn't the culprit)? If the regulator does need replacing, you mention contacting the distributor for a replacement regulator. I bought it here, but it looks like the board was supplied by SparkFun in my case? So contact them?
