Open Bench Logic Sniffer / Re: USB Vendor & Device ID = 0000
Problem resolved - turned out to be the USB cable that was faulty.
With a working cable, the board installed, updated and is now busy grabbing SPI waveforms!

Many thanks to Drew at proto-pic.co.uk for the assistance in finding the problem - and the rapid response here.

Open Bench Logic Sniffer / USB Vendor & Device ID = 0000
Just got my new Logic Sniffer board, installed the latest drivers, but I'm getting 'USB Device not recognised' when I plug it in.

As I can't access the thing at all, I haven't been able to upgrade anything.

Checking the USB 'failed device' properties, Windows (7) reports a Vendor and Device ID of 0000

I'm thinking it's a dead one, but just in case, are there any checks/tests that it's worth running before I get in touch with the supplier?
