• WinLIRC v0.8.6b+
• WinLIRC IR Toy plugin
• IR Toy with firmware v1.05+

In order to make WinLIRC to anything useful, you need a config file for your remote control. You can either generate your own config file using IRRecord (which is included in the WinLIRC bundle), or download one from http://lirc.sourceforge.net/remotes/
