BOM is inconsistent with text - eg 0603 LEDs vs 0805; 1.25A fuse vs 2A :-)

The 1.25A fuse on the -12V line seems a bit silly. Digging around on newegg, most of the supplies (not just the crappy cheap ones) are spec'ed at 0.3 to 0.8 amps on the -12V line. Google-ing for "atx power supply design guide" gives this link:

which mentions numbers like 0.5A and 0.8A as reasonable maximums for the -12V line.
