• note that Arhi's driver uses inverted encoder signals, so if we port his firmware we need to change that.
• the usb power supply is conected to the PGD pin, it will be used to check if usb is conected, and because it uses a pull up resistor to the Vusb the PGD should work fine with ICSP, as well as the bootloader check.
