Self test
- Download and install the MCP2200 driver, if needed
- Connect RXD and TXD on the breakout board
- Plug in the breakout board
- Find the COM port for the MCP2200 in the Windows Device Manager
- Run the self-test, verify success and LEDs when prompted

Usage:
MCP2200selftest -d device [-s speed]
Example Usage: MCP2200selftest COM1
Where: -d device is port e.g. COM1
-s Speed is port Speed default is 115200
