Serpac box fits DP5031 with central hole

We designed Sick of Beige cases and the accompanying PCB standard sizes because we were sick of plain beige boxes. If you, however, are not sick of them, here is a beige box that fits the DP5031 standard PCB size. It will need an extra central hole in the PCB for the enclosure to be screwed shut.
You can get Sick of Beige cases in 13 different standard sizes for $3 at Seeed.

The CH-4 case is also close to the size of the 6037, but you’d still have to redesign it to fit.
The biggest problem w/ these cases is they are not big enough to fit a coin cell holder on one side. Serpac made the two pieces symmetric so it assumes your board has parts that are the same size on both sides when most boards have smaller parts on one side (surface mount components) and larger parts (coin cell holders, connectors, etc.) on the other.
I suggested they make the middle retailer screw hole configurable in size via inserts, but all I got is “suggestion forwarded to design department” :-P
