Bearmos’s workshop and DIY tools

Forum regular Bearmos gave us a tour of his workshop and shows off several DIY tools. Check out the pictures below the fold.
A thrown together workbench (in use for ~ 6 years now. originally built using an upturned recycling bin as a saw horse). I need to cut a hole in the back of the shelf so I can fit an old analog scope up there.

Led ring light on scope.

A light box with some terrible diffusion (still useful for lining up double sided artwork and tracing).

Breadboard power supply.

Poor man’s “lathe”

Really enjoyed this. Love seeing how others set up shop.
The lathe is a classic, I love it. Just way too cool.
Bearmos – Some say, “whatever is, is good”. I say, “whatever works, is good”. Nice balance between organization and chaos! Chaos often gets the upper hand in my workshop. I made my brute pounding/sawing/drilling/nailing workbench out of 2x4s and two pallets.I can stand on it and jump up and down w/o it wobbling…
