Workshop Update for August 6th, 2012

Today we continued our Global Geek Tour of Singapore with Kobe electronics shops. Check out our prize in the picture above.

We modeled, and rendered the Sick of Beige v2 case for today’s 3D model post.

The Bus Pirate Demo Board v5 firmware continues to move along, with PWM generator implementation now nearly completed.

    Please give some details on that LCD in the baggie, I am looking hard at 3.2 inch displays (ssd1289 controller type) on ebay right now. They are becoming price completive with standard 4 line character displays.

    Woow… that MEGA 8-segment module looks so nice. I’ve been planning a large Arduino based digital clock for a while, and 6 pcs. of this module would look nice ;-)

    How tall is it ?, what colour ?, and what did you pay for it ?

    The digits are about 5 or 6 inches. They cist 5.50 sin I think – around 4 USD. Have not trued then though.
