Eagle Parts: TPS6120x DC/DC converter and KSZ8851SN Ethernet controller in a QFN packages

Today we added two relatively hard-to-solder parts to our library. Both come in QFN lead-less packages.
First is the Texas Instrument’s TPS6120x DC/DC converter (pictured above) with an integrated switch. The second is the Micrel KSZ8851SN embedded Ethernet controller (pictured below).

TPS61201 looks quite nice, less parts than having to include the external resistors on the mcp1623 I’m using. What board are you using this on? The TI sheets don’t have a sample pcb layout, and talk a lot about separate power and control grounds?
we used this layout in the secret project: http://dangerousprototypes.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=4302#p42525
It is basicly a lipo powered project :) we used the sparkfun breakout board as a reference; the ground plane as beefy as it can gets and the Vin -> Coil -> Vout in a straight beefy copper lane :)
Is possible to solder the TPS61201 with a soldering iron? I will make the pads longer and use a river of flux, i’am asking this because i don’t have a hot air station, if is not possible can someone point me some alternative?
