If I might make a suggestion, it would be really handy to show the location of each pin, for those of us who didn't buy the cable.
In other words, have two rows with the labels, and have the boxes for the colors in the middle.
GND [Black][White] +3.3V
+5V [Gray][Magenta] ADC
Vpu [Blue][Green] AUX
CLK [Yellow][Orange] MOSI
CS [Red][Brown] MISO
Great idea though -- I'll definitely print it out :)

Right on. I'm not putting on a case but I'm glad to have a color quick-reference. Thanks!

Easy enough to make both: http://www.gizmolabs.org/~ecronin/imgs/buspirate_seeed_case_sticker_b.pdf

I found I'm using the IO lines on pins more than the voltage/ground, which I can pick up at vias with the larger clips if needed...

It's the SeedStudio cable that's reversed, IMO.
The above colors are mapped right by ecronin. See http://wherelabs.files.wordpress.com/2009/10/bpv3cct.png for the PIN numbering sequence . MISO is 1, so brown, etc. etc.

I would prefer the color sequence be reversed.
Cause the probe cable from Seeedstudio has special connector for GND and +5V
